From our team's extensive experience of quality project management and processes we have created our own best practice routines that have been tried and tested.
So whether we are designing a research panel with full panel management programme or designing and conducting an interactive research project for you we adopt these best practice guides.
- For example:
- Our online survey check sheet - which is used on every project we conduct, has over 90 separate checks that your account manager must go through before deploying your survey
- Questionnaire design – every interactive research survey that we design is built in the same way so that the questions, question ids, answers, answer pre-codes, routing, masking, answer randomization/rotation etc. are easily translated from the researcher to the online survey team. The final version then becomes the survey test sheet which the project manager/researcher can double check has been built accurately.
It is this attention to detail and careful approach that means our projects are not prone to errors.
In addition all research is conducted in accordance with MRS guidelines and we fully adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act when transferring, processing or storing of any personal data.
